At Lakeview Memories B&B, we are dedicated to ensuring you will enjoy your stay with us while visiting the Okanagan Valley.  We ask that you please take a moment to read our policies so that you will be comfortable during your stay.

Due to our intimate size a cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently we do adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

We strongly suggest the purchase of a trip insurance to cover you in the event of an unexpected cancellation.

To ensure your peace and enjoyment throughout your stay with us, our services and facilities can be provided for REGISTERED GUESTS only!

• Adults are welcome to our non-smoking and pet free environment.
• Our adult oriented B&B (sorry no children) is designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults per suite 
• Check in: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Check out: Prior to 11:00 am
• Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollar and do not include taxes ( 5%  GST and 8 % PST Tax)
• A 35 %  reservation deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due upon arrival. We will send you a secure invoice per  e-mail and  the deposit can be payed with your Credit Card.
• Cancellation: We require a 14 day  advanced notice for full refund less $55.00 processing fee per room.
• Cancellation with less than 14 days notice of arrival the full amount will be charged. 
• Early departures are regarded as cancellations. 
• We strongly advise trip cancellation/interruption insurance. See your travel agent/broker. 
• Reservations are handled on a first come first served basis and are only confirmed with a deposit.
• Terms and rates are subject to change without notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. All disclosed information including your email address, name, company name, address, fax/phone number will be used solely for the purposes of contacting you in reply to your requests for information or reservations availability and is not sold, rented or otherwise given to third parties and is divulged only when you request us to make a reservation. At this point, your credit card information is used solely for processing your payment.
